Besides managing studio's daily life, Yi-Wei is also acting as principal architect Chang's personal assistant. She is also responsible for media and public relations as well as editorial work for JYCA's monographs and publications.
 
Yi-Wei is interested in arts and design and is involved in environmental graphic design work in the office. She is an amateur photographer in her leisure time. Her photography includes small objects or partial-figure and is always full of lights and colors.
