Chang is both a designer and a job site supervisor. She is leading JYCA’s staff on matters regarding construction document and administration. She is responsible for building the bridges among public authorities, the contractor and JYCA office.
 
Chang holds a more practical view of architecture and is interested in solving problems and meeting the client’s needs. Architecture should participate instead of intervene people’s daily life, she would say.
